Computer not rebooting after Volatiie Environment hkey deletion?

As title says, btw, I'm using Windows 7 (also posted this at microsoft forum, but doesnt hurt to try all)
Summary: I was attempting to remove a persistent game title from my cluttered Programs list

(already deleted the contents, but didnt uninstall before doing it so it remained, plus Control Panel didnt let me delete the title>>sidetracking)
so I entered regedit (register edit) and tried to find it (failed) and in the process I deleted a few other persistant already deleted games under "Uninstall" registry , but then I made clownish mistake of pressing another register folder list and deleted something called "Volatile Environment" under HKEY/Current User
and then I couldn't access the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs list anymore (it wouldn't respond to my clicks), and when I restarted the PC, I failed to enter the regular restart and was stuck forever at the start up screen, also the usual Login greeting words didn't pop up, and only some mojibake flashed on the screen for a second before leaving me eternally stuck at the loading screen , so I'm guessing that was something core-ly important. I can still acess the BIOS Setup Utility; I've got the tool doing a HDD Diagnostic test but its taking some time. Not that I know if that will help

So... help plz?

I'm typing this on a spare, slower Win7 computer btw. I would use the System File Checker tool to check for missing programs, but seeing I can't even login in Safe Mode...

You need a windows installation disk to repair your PC. So go get the ISO file, write it to USB/CD if your PC has it, then boot it to repair your computer.
