Question 2) AtsA for 1080p, CGi for 720p. If you want dubs, you'll have to get a-S. I guess the answer here is that it depends on what you want.

By the way, between the Coalgirls's version and a-S's do you think that the latter has a sense of superiority as far as the quality goes because it's 1080p or it has nothing to do with it?? I'm asking because a friend of mind told me that a-S version is a lot better than Coalgirls's. Is that true???

I try to refrain from comparing different resolutions because it depends a lot on what upscaler is used - in other words, results will be different for every person.
