There are some pages out of order, the original scanner has fixed this.

Please follow these steps:

• Rename images in the original folder like this:
  
  007 -> 013a, 008 -> 014a, 009 -> 011a, 010 -> 012a,
  011 -> 009a, 012 -> 010a, 013 -> 007a, 014 -> 008a
  
  
• Then remove character "a" from renamed files.

I'll add fixed links in the first post soon.
