SUMMARY

None of the files are dead. Are you just posting that without checking?
 
I did, twice.

Still, it was an honest mistake in my part.IDM was showing every link is not found, but the RG link checker shows every link is online.

My apologies.:P
 
Don't use IDM to verify whether the links are working or not. It throws a lot of false positives.
