softgirllost.wordpress.com has a lot of CGs from past otome games, as well as BL and bishoujo games, but unfortunately, he/she stopped ripping CGs a year ago, so the site hasn't been updated in a long time. Unfortunately, a lot of the links on that site (for old games) don't work anymore, and the author usually uses Chinese upload sites (they're Chinese after all). You can also find a bunch of CGs on weibo. Sometimes people are kind enough to take the effort to cap all of the CGs and post a pack there (for games that no one is able to reverse-engineer at the moment, like the Arcana Famiglia series). As for me, yes I rip CGs too, but I can only get so far. :S Also, uploading is a real problem for me because of my bad Internet connection, so keep that in mind before asking me to upload stuff.
