This is the error I am getting on both Win7 and XP, anyone could tell me what the error is saying?


This is the error I get when clicking Retry on operating systems.

Tried couple of things but still get same error. Any ideas?

Have you tried changing the time zone, format, language, location, and system locale to Japanese?

Thank a bunch, looks like the japanese format was the problem.
