Can't download from DLSite

I'm trying to download a 1.5GB product to my device that splits into two parts. Every time I try to extract them, I get an error. I've re-downloaded both files multiple times but keep getting the same error message.

That usually happens when one of the split files is incomplete or the extraction software isn't handling the archive correctly.

Could you tell me:
- What extraction program are you using? (7-Zip, WinRAR, etc.)
- What's the exact error message?

Also, make sure both parts are in the same folder before extracting, and start the extraction from **Part 1** (or the `.zip`/`.7z.001` file, depending on the archive format), not Part 2.

Once you tell me the error message, I'll do my best to help you figure it out.

If the download takes too long, the connection may time out or some of the downloaded data may become incomplete, so you might want to try using a different browser.
As oandcksfb mentioned, if you could share the error message, we might be able to help.
