Question Can't change password

I tried to change my PW. But everytime I try it, I get this message afterwards and the new password wasn't saved. I tried already 3 times. What am I doing wrong?

That error message usually happens to the security hash, Our own security mechanism system that protect you from malicious browser extension or plugins or javascript injection.

Can you use another browser? preferably, something without any suspicious plugins or extensions

Okay I tried with google chrome, opera and firefox now. And also on my PC and my notebook. Same problem everywhere.

From the backend, I see that you have succesfully updated your password.

Ok, if you can try your old password to login? But the backend here clearly shows that you had already changed your password several time

Yes, I tried multiple times. Everytime I then try to log in with the knew password on my phone and PC, it says I use the wrong password. I only stay logged in the browser where I tried to change my password.

As I said, and I can see that you had changed your password, properly a typo?

You cannot change the password without knowing your previous one. If your previous password is changed, and you don't know what that is, then you cannot update your password again.

I've just tried changing my password on several test account, nothing is out of ordinary

I try again tomorrow with my pw generator. Maybe I used an old password that I already used.
