Why can't I access the otome section despite having the 上級乙女 status? I get the message below:

It goes like this: your account are marked as low quality spammer.
After 30 days, your account stopped being marked as low quality spammer, but it has no positive score to be approve to be 乙女 . Around a week from today, however, the penalty would decay by 50%. The other 50% will need 2-3 weeks to clear fully. So if you earn enough positive points, you can get in early, I believe.
You must continue to be active after 30 days and meet the threshold to be approved for the basic rank 乙女

I'd need to take a look. It depends, some times you're eligible for fast track, other times requires minimum active period of 30 days to unlock.

For failedwebsite, she failed the fast track path, thus require full 30 days minimum activity period

The minimum activity period is only applicable to newly registered, if flagged.

Hello,

I have been actively participating in Otome Selection for the past 14 days, but I have not yet been approved as an Otome.

In the past, I was approved within 14 days, and this time I have been even more active than before.

I was approved as an Otome twice in the past, but both approvals were later removed after my activity in Otome Selection decreased. Could this be affecting my current application?

I would also like to know if there is any penalty or restriction on my account that may be preventing approval.

Hello, it's difficult to determine exactly what's happening.

One thing I noticed is that your account was flagged for using an abnormal browser. However, that alone isn't enough to result in a rank removal.

Since your account was created in 2017, and you have extremely low activity compared to our distribution average (essentially, a typical user in 2017 had more usage than you), this also affects your rank.

Finally, if you are rarely active in a typical month but then suddenly use the site for only 2-3 consecutive days during that month, it will not be considered valid activity because it is seen as Rank Farming.

On my smartphone, I use Chrome. On my PC, I use both Chrome and Brave. In the past, I have also logged in using private/incognito browsing mode.

Could any of these have contributed to my account being flagged for using an abnormal browser?

Also, am I understanding correctly that I should not concentrate my activity into just a few days each month? If so, could you please let me know what kind of activity pattern would be considered normal and sufficient for maintaining or obtaining the rank?

It's probably not a huge contributing factor, so you don't need to worry about it.
