Many sites have torrent really big like 300 mb, I'm looking for something around 80 to hundred meg. Thanks

You can look for 480p release for the recent anime and avi releases for old anime.
You can try BakaBT but you have to use utorrent for that site.
Recent anime are released in HD so the encoding going to be big, it can't be helped for the sake of quality. If you have a low speed internet it's better to have IRL friend which you can share your download list and exchange stuff.

Here are some sites where most of episodes are less than 100 mb. Actually most of them about 60-80 Mb.
These episodes are actually in rmvb format so if you cannot play them easiest way is to install vlc media player which is free (Link)

I don't personally use those sites anymore but i have used some of them more than 10 years ago and I have now take quick look and some links may be dead special for old ones.
