I don't follow disc release dates, so no idea. Image quality is too sharp for a DVD upscale, too.

subtitles are good on time at first but little late (3-5 sec) after sometime ....

Just ust the built-in resync function of your video player. Shouldn't be a problem to make them appear a tad earlier. ;)
