Blue window (but not the one we all know)

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with the games I download here.
I have downloaded 2 games and when I run them they always open this window:

can somebody know what I can do to solve this problem.
I would really appreciate if you can do anything with this.

Have you changed your system locale to Japan?

[MENTION=62703]Mephistros[/MENTION]: Follow what pumarevenge advised in putting your 'Regional and Settings' in Japanese. This can be found in your Control Panel and going through the 'Regional and Language' then 'Administrative' Tab then setting 'Language for non-Unicode Programs' to Japanese.

it was because my computer doesn´t had de windows video codecs
i thought i wasn´t the only one who had this problem and i started to look for a solution and i found it.
it was that: the windows video codecs (V4.0)
but thanks anyway i´ll have in mind what you told me.
