Hmm, I've been meaning to play it, but since I read so slowly in Japanese I only played through a section of the prologue a few months ago. Disclaimer: I'm a relatively sensitive person and prefer yandere-type of horror stories over bloody ones to begin with lol, but I did think that the prologue alone was quite gory...

Sensitive and yandere in the same sentence!? Gurl im speechless lol. Mm? Was the prologue gory? I played with eng patch but I don't remember it leaving tht impression fr me. It's either i frgt or was just mild..

Yeah, I get that a lot LMAO it's just that yandere-type charas tend to lean more towards thrilling and stalking vibes with a more psychological lenses than just,,, random blood and slasher type of things!! Idrk if I'm explaining myself here tbh
But yes, I felt that the prologue was a little graphic. At the very least that's how it felt in Japanese with all the visual and sound effects too!

gurl, I think this game is pretty gore, I played it yeaaarrsss ago, but the gore memory is still lingering inside me (✿◡‿◡)
not just the gore, but the amount of trauma each chara got, and give to other people is insane, def not for the weak heart or some people that might get triggered..
but if you want to train your mental state, you should play this haha

Definitely not for the faint hearted. I played it about a decade ago. It does have gore but it's not like, the primary focus of it (not sure if I make any sense!). Personally, I found some routes really bittersweet outside the gore aspect of the game which made it a bit harder for me to play. I didn't get to finish playing Mejojo's route and I saved him for last. I would love to play the game again now but none of the translator apps I found are working properly anymore and I also remember most of the routes being long, so maybe someday.

The story of<<Black Wolves Saga>> is indeed dark and bloody:
The female protagonist has a special constitution, making her prone to illness or death. The white cat twins are insane and somewhat mentally unstable, incredibly cruel.
The white cats' ascension to the throne is undoubtedly due to bloody and ruthless methods.
The female protagonist's human brother is a siscon, excessively doting on and overprotective of her. The rabbit pharmacist and the lion, and the dog brothers are all warm and kind. While the werewolf brothers' storyline is somewhat bleak and tragic, they are actually good people; it's just that the people around them are too unfriendly and bullying, forcing them to be strong and fight back.
