I actually am not sure about the name of the author. I accidentally found one her works when I was searching in google. Been looking all over the net for more of her\his work. 
On her\his webpage it says author:Haruyoshi (春吉) but when I checked the page where she sold her works, the manga list says it was made by (or maybe the writer?) Tsubaki (椿).

(now I notice she removes the names on her photos... so I guess her pseudonym is Tsubaki)
