All I know about encodes is that they're small and the quality difference is minimal considering the amount of memory/bandwidth saved by obtaining them as opposed to the normal unencoded version.
So, what's the best site to get Dual Audio encodes? So far, it's Minitheatre, but I'd like to have more than one source just in case Minitheatre goes down. No other sites have encoded Dual Audio anime. They only have Japanese audio (subtitled in another language) encodes.
