Synopsis

Born as a beast with shapeshifting powers, the tanuki Totto is abandoned by his family. But the unfortunate Totto has a dream: to take human form and eat ice cream that hasn't been dropped on the floor. Neither tanuki nor human, Totto takes a small step toward his big dream.

There are two methods:
Option One
You can use a comic reader like CDisplayEx which is available on PC & Android

Option Two
Rename the extension .cbz to .zip then you can use windows to extract the file
