Batoto Closing

Well, it's sad, but true. Batoto, one of the last bastions for scanlations, is closing due to the site owner not being able to keep it up. With this being said, there's people scrambling to try and harvest the manga they read. Any ideas for a new site, or something of the like that ISN'T Ad filled with popups and virus's?

Wow... Thanks for the update. Just read on the Batoto forums that they are closing down permanently. I´m reading my scans on Kissmanga and had no problems.

I thought this was a recent thread until I checked the date... Well... it is closing again now. I heard the owner changed several years ago. I wonder if that site fate's is sealed this time

I heard the one who bought the site from the previous owner was arrested in China. Chances are it's gone for good this time.

It's sad because it was the only site (or the only one I knew) where the popular content was for women.
