Unfortunately, even if you want the APK for this Voltage game, it has in-app purchases which are hard to hack through, and usually, the ones you find on the internet for Voltage games on Android are viruses or malicious softwares that people want to implement into your PC. In addition, the tag shouldn't be "console." It should be on misc and you should write on the title of the thread [ANDROID]. Sorry that I can't help you. :)

I didn't know what tag to put as there wasn't [ANDROID] tag, I fixed it now.

As for game itself I do find it strange that there are people complaining about all Voltage games on Android being hacked yet me being unable to find any of them. That said I do have a theory about how they could be hacked, basically if someone who unlocked/both a route ware to create a backup of it using app such as Titanium backup then ware to share that backup in theory it should work. Only need to find someone who did both it and is willing to try it out.

It was possible to hack them when they allowed to play their games with rooted phones, and it was a looong time ago.
