I usually download tons of otome games all at once and keep a pile of resources saved up. I only pick them up to play whenever I feel like it. I've tried so many games, yet very few have I actually finished all the way through.
If I play an otome and then have my attention captured/diverted by a different otome game then I risk losing my motivation to finish the original one that I had been playing at the time.
Hence, it's definitely best to only focus on one until I'm actually finished with it.
i focus on only one game. makes it easier to remember the plot and not get it jumbled up with another game. plus it feels more satisfying to finish it and then start the next one XD
I'm playing them one by one.
That's because it takes a while, so I end up forgetting the details, and because I end up prioritizing the game that was the most fun out of the ones I'm playing at the same time.
Most of the time, I only play one game until I've completed it completely and collected all the items. But there have been times when a game bored me so much that forcing myself to continue playing would have been painful. In such cases, I opt to play another game to alleviate that feeling.
Multiples at once, and then I ghost my otomes for months or a year depending on my study sessions. It's not like, I don't like them or connect with them. I just have time limitations. The only game I constantly played would be my fav game Honkai Star Rail.
It depends if the game becomes an hyperfixation of mine , if yes then i'll try to fully complete it and try every endings and dialogues for days on repeat but if it doesn't hit i usually have 2 or 3 backups !!
I have a lot of otome games in my library, and there are so many that I want to play. Sometimes I even want to play several games at the same time.
But since each game usually has a lot of love interests and long routes, it can take quite a while to finish one. So I prefer to focus on completing one game first before moving on to the next.
I'm the type of person who focuses on just one game at a time! If I play more than one game simultaneously (whether it's an otome or not), I end up mixing up and confusing the stories...
well i can tell u, that i always focused on one bc the work and life doesn't give enought time and i mostly play to read and complete every route ( there are an excepcions depending if the game is worth it or not ) and in other hand i also play other videogames so i yeah mostly because of that
I prefer to focus on one game at a time, fully immersing myself in the story's atmosphere and plot development.
While playing multiple games simultaneously may prevent me from getting bored, it distracts me, and I sometimes forget what happened in the story or get confused about character relationships.
I usually finish one game in one go before moving on to the next one that interests me, but there was a time when I played two games at the same time—and ended up not remembering anything about either of them...
I used to play only one game at a time, but nowadays I am playing multiple at the same time. Usually I just play whatever I am in mood too. Or change the game if I got bored
I'm the type of person who focuses on playing just one game at a time. If I have any lingering questions or uncertainties, I can't bring myself to work on anything else, so it takes me a while to finish a game—and my backlog of unplayed titles just keeps piling up. I wish a day had 48 hours.
1 at a time, I want to give all my focus to the game and don't get confused between the stories. Besides, I tend to not do all the routes, so it's not like I spend way too much time in a single game.
I get hyper focused and a little obsessive lol so i can only play one at a time or i'll not focus on any at all and be thinking about the other games while playing
