there are plenty, but the good ending of Okita's route in Hakuoki always makes me cry! i think i've replayed it two times already, and crying after each playthrough really says a lot. Okita and Chizuru are so precious to me
there's also a certain bad ending in Kaguya's route from Taisho x Alice that made me cry and genuinely left me traumatized
Hikage's route too from Psychedelica of the Black Butterfly had me ugly sobbing, ngl the entire game is a tearfest
to add, there's also Hibiki's route from 9RIP! his character js hits so close to home
Okazaki's entire route from Collar x Malice also had so many moments that deeply touched my heart and made me tear up
and then there's Rod's ending from Cinderella Phenomenon, it was just so sweet, i cried happy tears
ngl i could go on and on but those r some that come to mind
