Are there any Otome Li that you love the character but couldn't get into the plot?

Hi! I'm new and just want to talk about something . I have been playing otome games in many platforms for years but had no one to really share with.

My choice for the question would be Mozu from Bustafellows. I absolutely adore him but for both the games I didn't enjoy his storyline at all.

Gous route in blackish house is a literal crime
I cannot believe how awfully written it is compared to literally all the other characters in that game
major L but he is still my favorite LI in that game

oh I feel you... I adore radie but his route in both games didn't impress me.

I do recommend the squeal eventhough it leaves somethings to be desired. As for mozu's route, I was so frustrated at teuta and Mozu. After playing limbo's fantastic route in the FD, mozu's route really dragged...still love my boy tho.

I felt this way about Shogo from Nil Admirari no Tenbin. He is cute and I really liked his character, but his route felt so sudden... the plot just didn't really click for me even though I liked him as an LI

the li i felt this the strongest with is kuroba from olysoi T___T the game itself isnt all that amazing but his route in particular does not do him justice in the slightest !!! which is so frustrating because to me he's such an endearing character with such good chemistry and banter with olympia ><

His route was kinda a snooze fest for me in Piofiore, and I feel like didn't connect that well with the other routes (~_~;)
But he is pookie! sooo precious<3 I think he stood out to me regardless because he was very devoted even in the other routes.

yeah,I was also really anticipate LI in the locked route, but the scriptwriters disappointed me quite a bit when I learned his truth identity

Hino from 7 Scarlet! Such a cutie and I love him as a background character but his route was boring asf. And it's the first one in the recommended route order!!! The nerfed the guy really bad and gave him the most awkward buildup in the relationship with the MC

totally agree with hino and mozu too (althought mozu's route in bustafellows 2 is really nice)!

i can also say that riku from olympia soiree would be my pick in this topic - i love him as character and his dynamic with mc too but the way the route was executed was not my cup of tea unfortunately :(

I recently finished Heart Cage, and if I had to point a finger at someone, it would be Luke and Dane? Maybe. The more I played Luke route, the more I wanted to punch him in the face. And with Dane, I was more disappointed with his route, which prevented me from liking the character more, unfortunately. It's funny that part of me wanted to like him more, especially Dane, but I couldn't.

JacK from Tengoku Struggle was the one crossed my mine after reading your question!

At first, i really waited so long because it seems i have to play the first three before i could get into his route, but when i played it, surprisingly, it was meh

don't get me wrong, i love his personality and growth, but the time i took to complete this route is too much because i kept suspend it due to boredom :(

But really, aside from his own route, i love it when he appears! His appearance was totally my cup of tea, i just hope his route was executed better than this

Ines from Steam Prison. He is a really nice, well-developed character and his relationship with HOUNDS is really interesting, but his route was a bit boring. There almost weren't any romantic moments between him and Cyrus, so their love just doesn't feel genuine.
