A VN that's art - and character - is visually similar to ToHeart2?
The art of the game I'm looking for is by no means old, and I'm pretty sure the game itself was made in the past year or two. I remember shortly after finishing ToHeart2 last summer I saw a character in some CG of another VN that reminded me of the art style and of one of the characters, Tamaki Kousaka. If I remember correctly the reason why I thought they looked similar is there facial expression and hair color (red - color might be different, but still pretty sure it's red).
Tamaki is noticeable for her mischievous looking eyes and grin, as shown here:

The changes in the characters' eyes is notable (how they become slanted), as both Tamaki and the other girl sometimes have this expression when they do something erotic, like this:

Other details of the VN that I remember (visually, anyway) is that the girl in question isn't the only one with scenes in the game. I don't really remember it being much more than vanilla from the tags (saw this on g.e-hentai), though that doesn't help much as there are thousands of things that could show up with tags alone.
I've already checked all artists for ToHeart2 on gelbooru and exhentai/e-hentai and nothing showed up, so I can assure you that it isn't the same artists, or at least not under the same name. I've perused through several combinations of tags on gelbooru and mainy traits on vndb and nothing has shown up, so any help in locating this work would be appreciated.
