+18 never on console pretty sure..... but you can see suggerest themes..... only that unfortunately i think even gore topic ( like blood or murdered ) will be censored ( you can see that in ps2 games and some switch games ) they usually made more scenearios for the characters instead of 18+ scenes.... or just remove it and say something happen and thats it :(
