Alsignuptool.exe issues - Rakuin Hime Runed Princess [Liquid-Touchable]

Trying to play Rakuin Hime Runed Princess, Serial key security is being troublesome. I downloaded the game from here (the only functional download I've found so far). Supposedly, upon installing the game a file called Alphadisclog.txt is supposed to be created in my documents folder under SETTEC, as this seems to be how other games with the same security are run. The problem comes in where I try to run the noDVD patch and it spits out a write error, and a different version of the noDVD patch tells me that it can't find Alphadisclog.txt, which is correct because it was never created upon install, running the game, or at any instance whatsoever. I've tried just running the patch tool, the game and patch tool together, different patchers, and creating my own Alphadisclog.txt's at C:/, /documents/SETTEC/, and C:/Liquid/runed/. None of these methods have succeeded so far, and all internet searches point to the missing Alphadisclog.txt, which should have been created upon install. Any help, or even just someone else testing out biohrd's files would be greatly appreciated.
