NOTICE: Notice from Moderator: If you have any question about access the otome section, please read this Guide before, the answers in this topic before make a question here.

Why can't I access the otome section despite having the 上級乙女 status? I get the message below:
Your account level does not meet the threshold to view this section. To become eligible, you must interact with the community regularly. Please start by completing your profile. After that, you should interact with the Otome Section or help fulfill member requests by answering questions, reupload if you have the files, or contribute to the community.

@failedwebsite This is an update regarding your request for support: While I cannot reveal the exact reason, I kindly ask you to be patient and stay active for a few more days—specifically, 10 additional days—for your status to clear..

hello!! just to clarify - would getting distinguished rank be enough for downloading? also can i make requests for brand new games (and wait sadly till i can access huehuehue)

also how many messages in a day count as spamming? if i log in 2/3 times a week and send like 9 messages a day, would that be enough to approve me in two weeks (theoretically?)

thank you for all the clarification!!

The Distinguished title is not related to access to Otome Section, it's a forum-wide title (like Elite title, or Uploader class). The only title you need to get access to otome section is the little pink title under you username. Take a look at the post Admin shared above for a detailed explanation. Also, I believe your account needs to be at least 30 days old to get access, though it could get access earlier if you're very active. You can post on requests, but they don't count towards the ranking, and make sure to read the rules for the request section ;)

As for how much interaction counts as spam, I believe it's not publicly available to prevent rank-farming. Just avoid posting too much in a row, and also avoid low-quality engagement (like posting a bunch of short messages without engaging meaningfully with other members). Good luck!

Hi mods! I (think I) mostly understand the requirements needed in order for users to gain the Otome title, but one thing has me genuinely baffled -- apart from interacting with the community, we are also encouraged to help fulfill member requests and/or help with reuploading to raise our ranks. But how are we title-less users supposed to look through request threads or reupload files when we don't have access to the request section? Perhaps I'm not understanding something here, so I hope someone can explain. Thank you.

Request section are fully accessible for all member, and had never been changed since then.

Not too sure what needs explaining here?

Recognized, Distinguished and Elite members have the ability to view individual threads; however, if the Uploader restricts their content to Otome Members only, you will still be unable to access it. The decision to impose such restrictions lies with the Thread Creator or Uploader.

You can send an unlimited number of messages without it being considered spamming, but there are some caveats:

1. If your messages are short and consist of copy-and-paste phrases like "I think so too" or "I agree with you," they will be counted as spam once you exceed a certain threshold. Avoid copying and pasting long messages that lack meaning, as they will either not count at best, or at worst, will result in a deduction of points for spamming.

Don't even think to cheat this - you can try copy paste something really long from chatgpt, and really generic like all the spam I see everyday you're certainly going to get heavily punished for this. I warned this countless times and still members are asking me why they got deranked. Play stupid game, win stupid prize.

2. If your messages are meaningful, that's a positive action and will be counted. However, there is a cap on the number of meaningful messages you can send in a 24-hour period. Once you reach this cap, you will not gain any additional points. This limit is in place to prevent members who have just joined from advancing too quickly by sending 50 positive messages a day.

3. If your messages are extremely useful, you will gain access to a fast-track path. The Fast Track allows you to progress in rank at more than double the speed of the normal path, but it is limited to exceptional contributions such as writing popular guides, tutorials, posting exciting news, or uploading something unique.

But even fast-track path has some guard rails built-in to prevent abusers.

Umm... that's exactly the issue here. As a user who has not yet gotten the Otome title, I am now NOT able to view any of the threads/posts in the Otome Doujinshi Voice Requests section when I was able to view them before. I can see the thread titles, but I cannot click into any of the threads to view them -- a "you do not have permission to view this page or perform this action" message pops up. I have not been able to click into any request thread ever since this access restriction was implemented.
