Question Account rank and viewing Otome Games section

So my account just got the 上級乙女 rank, i assumed if you already got a rank you can access the Otome Games, Artbooks & CDs section, but when i try to access it this warning still pop up

Am i misunderstanding something or is there any other prerequisite i still haven't fulfilled ? I think i already completed my profile so that might not be the problem, also if it's another prerequisite i haven't fullfilled please tell me about it

Hello, it seems there's a rare bug in the system where you somehow obtain this rank without obtaining the basic clearance first. I'll need more time to investigate this bug.

Your account is also too new to obtain any rank.

Or perhaps it was just a glitch when you qualify for both rank at the same time which is rare, it assigns you the higher rank first before assigning you lower rank. Because higher rank were deemed more important, this is very rare, it should be fix, but it doesn't really affect how things work.
