A little help on this H-game please??

Hi,

First of all, I don't know if this is where I should be posting, but feel free to move it to the correct forum if needed.

Need a little help from a brave, kind person who knows Japanese to translate something for me. Basically, I wanted to play this H-game, but I have no idea what the controls are. Heres a small pic of the instructions:

If someone can translate that little info to english for me, I'll be greatly appreciated.

It basically said these: Use space key(bar) to progress through h scene. Hit space bar rapidly->When the mood reached max press and hold the key.
