A Cancelled Game? (Omakase! Trouble Angel) [Bottomless]

I happened upon a certian eroge called おまかせ！とらぶる天使 (Omakase! Trouble Angel) by a company called Bottomless that was about to release the game as its first release but then all of a sudden sometime in the 2000s, the game development was cancelled. I can't make sense of the google translations, can anyone clarify as to why Omakase! Trouble Angel was cancelled?

From what I gathered in the two websites above, they changed staff and the program of the game after releasing their second trial for the game. They wanted to start anew, I guess?
