Has any fansub group ever done the original 1963 show?
There is some bootleg DVD of the old American version of the show known as "Tobor" but the DVDs have horrible new sound effects placed on the soundtrack and the video leaves a lot to be desired.
I am wondering if anyone has done this as a project because I saw this clip on youtube comparing the Japanese opening with the American opening and the subtitles for the Japanese opening are newly generated which makes me think that some fansub group did do it. I would love to see the original 60s Japanese version of the series with English subtitles if anyone can help.
