mine too, I have my system local to japanese and I assumed that it will work fine but to no avail. then I tried locale emulator same results. I'm running windows 10. I tried downloading others' files, same results.

For Windows 10, try changing your OS language into Japanese and set the Unicode to Japanese as well. It's work on me.

I cheked and all work without jap OS , just use Locale Emulator or etc app.

also try NTLEA, it worked for me. I did try locale emulator but didn't work, maybe it's on my pc or I just don't know how to properly use the application. Just try either of them two. thanks

I tried both emulators and it didnt work then i found this:

A user called sync on nyaa.se made a crack.

Unzip it and start ReinaApplyPatch then the exe should start and wont close.

thats what it did for me.
