For the life of me I cant get this game to work, each time I start it a second later it will crash with no error prompt or nothing... I've tried updating Adobe flash player that failed to help me, and weird enough I can play other flash games without any hitch as well, so I'm wondering am I overlooking something (Win7 64bit Ultimate)

I had the same problem so I converted the flash exe file to a swf file. What this does is removes any blocks that stop you from running the program. I used Flash player Pro to do this. just goto tools menu under convert exe to swf, then select the exe file and click convert.hope this helps you.
