According to the free paper of Mainichi, an instruction book series "30-sai no Hoken Taiiku (Health Education for 30 years old men)" was announced to get an anime adaptation. The guide books teaches shy men around 30 how to date and have sex with women.
Hijinx include being stuck to an oppai mousepad and then holding it in front of a DFC, as well as being cleaned by the sex god. They use lots of censoring, but sadly mostly for male parts...
I watched the first two minutes and then decided to skip it. If the art where just like the ED I might return, but alas it doesn't look like it. :p

MY FIRST IMPRESSION:
Surprisingly this is a gag comedy with little to no ecchi (or at least I saw none while skipping through).
