Reguarding your question, using the DLSite's categories the only other work that I uploaded that is NTR is this one. I don't get exactly what you are searching for reguarding the subtitles, but that realease is an Hardsub only, you can find the str files from Ryzen's release.
I have also this one, but i dont think is the NTR you are searching for.
Also if you are searching for chinese releases Ryzen have a lot of those in his account.

Yeah, all the stuff that I upload here (apart from the hardsub only releases) arrive from DLSite.
If you are searching for srt file I think the best place to find them is here, where they upload all the stuff from DLSite and not only the audio and/or video.
As I said before for the chinese stuff Ryzen111 is someone in this forum that upload a lot of chinese translated releases ^^
