is that crack safe? i downloaded that and from mikocon itself from nyaa but both was detected by windows defender as a virus, so i thought it might be false positive so i tried virustotal and 3 vendors also flagged it as a virus too. Anyone can confirm?

While most, if not all, 2Dgame's cracks are safe, this case worries me - since 28 sites reported it as a threat on virustotal. In comparison, 42 sites reported it as undetected, including Microsoft.

Eventually, I installed the VMware Workstation 17 Player (and Windows 10 Pro Japanese edition, of course!) and ran this game on top of it. Windows Security made no complaint about it at this point, and the crack file runs fine on it with comfortable performance & the sound output is good enough. Looks like I'll keep all those suspicious files in such an environment in the future.
