Its the 3 original games, with some extra options like pregnant character cgs, and the Fitness game in particular has a extra DLC scenario for the tan girl I believe. I'm not sure if there's anything more than that that's different.

Cool it was released though, I didn't think it would be since the last Tinkerbell re-release package last month hasn't been posted yet. Look forward to the cracks.
