Seems to still be non cracked.

Found it to be an issue with the folder name. Move the game to a folder you have renamed, not copy pasted either, and it should work. cheers!

the issue is with this wave dash symbol (〜). having it in title prevents the game from working. remove it or change it with regular dash -
