The game does not use any hookable encoding, so the text can not be extracted with a conventional H-code.
We can only extract the text in the game's internal encoding and then decode (convert it) to Japanese using text replacement tools like Textractor's Replacer plugin and TAHelper.
Moreover, only ITH and "previous stable" version of AGTH can extract encoded text to begin with, and H-codes for hooking encoded text are:

/HHN-C:-18@32F0F:game.exe - for ITH (ITH3-win10CUfix mod is supposed to work in Win10)
/HXHN-C:-18@32F0F:game.exe - for AGTH v2011.4.21 (not the current v2011.5.9!)

I will post the replacement files for Textractor and TAHelper that are required to decode the text later (within a week or two, I suppose). While the encoding used by the engine is based on Shift-JIS, the modifications made to it prevent automatic generation of the conversion tables, so I have to fix them manually as I play through the game.
