Do best friends from otome games count? If so, I would absolutely love to bring Miyo and Karen from TokiMemo 3 into real life, I would love to be friends with them! As for a love interest, I'd choose Vincent from IkeVamp, because he's such a sweetheart—and on top of that, he paints too! And Saito from Hakuoki, I bet he'd make a great samurai instructor for left-handers. I'd totally sign up for his classes XD

I'd prefer to be the one getting isekai'd if I'm honest BUT if I had to choose someone, I actually do love the idea of bringing a protagonist or a friend over. GS1's Mizuki Sudo? HnKnA's Alice? I get the feeling we'd get along great.
 
Does it still count as an otome game? Steven from Billionaire Lovers. His world is very close to reality, and he perfectly brings together all the strengths of the type of male lead I like: a flirtatious role but still wholesome, a younger guy with an older vibe.
 
under the assumption that they'll spawn in madly in love with me i'd choose peter from heart no kuni no alice. he's very cute and i'm an extremely jealous person so him only caring about the mc would be perfect for me. i also really love how unconditional his love is he doesn't care what the mc looks like he'd love her no matter what
