My favorite off the top of my head rn is Yomi (Virche, Ken ga Kimi, Crazy Chain)! I don't know if unreleased games count, but half the reason I'm excited for Le Mirage Mystique is also that I'm a big fan of oyo's work too.

I have so many favorites! But RiRi, Miko, Kazuaki, Usuba Kageroo, Satoi are all great~ 💕
 
Definitely Satoi! Her art style is so soft and dreamy, it makes the characters seem like they came from a fairy tale.
 
RiRi, Satoi, Yomi, Miko and Yuuya are the ones that I like best! I really love all of their works! RiRi's artstyle is my favorite so far. I'd really love to play more new games with RiRi's art.
 
I like Melo's style (Taisho x Alice), their art feels polite on the eyes (does that make sense hahah). A bit off track but I also love their works for √Happy+Sugar series (drama cd)!
 
Definitely Yomi(Virche) and Usuba Kageroo(Reine des fleurs). i sometimes just pause the game and stare at their art its so gorgeous.
 
I am so obsessed with Amano Chigiri's art in Chou no Doku. I love how her style perfectly captures the beautifully dark, moody atmosphere of the game while still being so delicate. As far as I know, this was her only otome game project, and she mostly does illustrations for Josei romance novels.
I also love Satoi, whom others have mentioned, and Teita(Norn9, Nightshade)!—their art style is just so soft, round, and cute.
