You can buy it from multiple sources so it having Nekonyan is wrong since this copy isn't from there at all it's from Steam. OP is doing the same thing here.

The label inside the brackets shows the developer. Steam is only the shop. The fact that Steam encrypt stuff they help sell doesn't warrant putting them as the developer.

Adding "Steam Edition" to the title is probably desirable, but since you can see the individual files in the torrent, it's not the uploader's fault if a downloader didn't bother to check/couldn't deduce that it comes from Steam.
