I can't say how the content relates other than sharing a setting, but they're two different titles, Great Deceiver being focused more on Marie from Empress' Starless and 鬼作たち (Kisaku-tachi) following, well Kisaku of Elf's Kisaku series.

my game works fine but before installing, i had to update my Microsoft visual C++ from the game setup menu. trying doing that and see if the game gives any more error. and my all 3 region settings set to japan/japanese, not sure if that has any impact on the text not appearing.

I'm totally lost, i don't know why i can't start the game and i can't drop the crack since it's a mounted iso. When i run the setup it runs what's on the screenshot, which is weird, but maybe it's normal, i don't know sh*t about VN cracks.
