There's a minor problem with furigana/ruby text which may get fixed later, by using a better subcontext/text split parameter. Fixed.
Alternatively, use

Problem solved, through the troubleshooting DOES NOT WORK FOR WIN 7.

For all with the same problem as I (Win 7 only):

Go to Tray Bar, click "Speaker" icon, click "Mixer", click speaker icon to open "Speaker properties", open "Advanced" tab and change THE SAMPLE RATE & BIT DEPTH to 16bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality), click OK.
