Has anyone figured out how to get the patch for this game--or any ALL-TiME game for that matter--working?

Every time I use the patch, it says it's looking for a "reg" file. I found one associated with this particular patch, but no matter where I place it, the patch refuses to work.

The message reads "CRCが一致しません" and then notes the path of the reg.
