Use a hex editor and make the following modifications to yourou.exe:

Change the byte at $62DDF from 74 to EB
Change the bytes at $62F49 from 75 59 to EB 53
Change the byte at $62F9F from 84 to 83
Change the byte at $62FCC from 84 to 83

Then run the game and enter anything when it asks for a serial. The game should then start normally.
