Yes and no.
If you have the old, game versions 1.00 crack then you'll need a new one.
If you have the v2 crack then you're fine. It works for this (v1.05 + ap3) version of the game. Just do not forget to keep the crack somewhere. Files in game folder will get overwritten and you'll need to copy files again.
Ps. Even if you have the older version of crack you can install this append. You will not see the new content, but game will work just fine.
