Your system should be in japanese including display language to install or run the game.
You can use Local Emulator ( http://anonym.to/?http://pooi.moe/Locale-Emulator/ ) if you can't or don't want to change display language.
In LEGUI choose Fake registry and Fake system UI language and save.
Now install and run game via Local Emulator

Hi Kurokaze,
I downloaded your files and mounted it with Daemon Tool, but when I ran setup.exe, nothing happenned( I tried Run as Admin). Can you guide me to fix it?
I using Window 8.1 Pro and set locate+format to Japanese.

Try this method

Use this. Copy the whole game folder, and delete file named TayutamaAS inside it(one that is not an exe).
then overwrite the exe with the one below and run it.
