I'm having trouble running this. I followed kzel's step by step post but still got this message when running the game.

I'm really having trouble running this. Spent many hours on it but still get same results :(

I open autorun.exe and install the game then get toneworks folder.
Run the update and then run the cracker with SiglusEngine(which is in toneworks folder). The crack works perfectly.
So I proceed to open SiglusEngine or Autorun to open the game but still get this same message. (I've used NoRegion loader still doesn't work)
Any suggestions?

Have you tried clicking OK, with the game DVD image mounted? If I remembered correctly, you have to do this to proceed on first run of the game

It's fucking Sigplus Engine. Common problem is threads overflowing so text thread don't appear anymore.
Quick solution: attach ITH right before you clicking text (like "Continue->click on save-> yes/no selection appear->attach ITH-> quickly click on text). After this find text thread among other threads in ITH.

Sorry I noticed your comment got lost in the thread. This is a thing for me, probably it doesn't apply to all folks but if a protagonist is unbearable, then there is a high chance I won't like the game. Probably it is the main reason why I can't get into NTR, all those really "hentaish genres (you know, tentacles and other non pixilated workarounds)" , and whatever the fuck Tinkerbell is releasing now a days. For me that is the case with Hatsukoi 1/1 which its magnified even more since we follow and listen to each of the ramblings of this dipshit. My favorite story driven eroges have flawed protagonists, but they grow and change in the story arc. This guy never really changes and the reader is expected to like him regardless. It was a beautiful game, with great voice acting and soundtrack as expected from from Visual Art's games, but I could not get over the protagonist.Those are my 2 cents.

Ehm, for running the game... you should have a disc in DVD-ROM, .mdf file at least. I don't know, otherwise I can't play the game even with crack.
