Just found a way (require editing the game exe with a hex editor) and can go up to the title screen (not sure if it works afterwards):
1. Search for the hex value E8 CB F7 FB FF (should be around the offset 001295E0)
2. Replace that value with 33 C0 40 90 90 (idea from a user from another forum when cracking previous Campus titles)
