im running into a error message at a certain point of the game it's at the very beginning



can you help me please ?

i tried downloading the game from different links but the problem remained, tried downloading it from different websites and still had the same problem
i tried running it with applocale and changing the compatibility still the same thing, can you please help or at least link me the savedate or the game
