this is a pretty ok guide but since i don't know Japanese that well it was hard to figure it out. this will help u go up to 15 days i think but u only need to survive 13 days. when prompted, you should only need to answer 4 questions which are (Second option, Second option, First option, and First option). but for most actions follow the planing and it should be good. (トイレ is for the toilet in case u are using google translate)

is this game supposed to be designed with random encounters?
As I follow that guide that was linked earlier, I follow it point by point, and somehow end up in a different situation, such as being unable to touch her in a certain place specified in the guide in Day 6 for example, and then when I load an earlier file and follow the guide again, something different comes up in Day 5.

I got the patch and its xp3 files, and supposedly left them in the same file as the game's exe, but nothing happens
